The chat only ever says what you have written: a short description of your company and a list of questions with their approved answers. Anything else is passed to your team, and the visitor is asked how to reach them.

1. 1On Lead intake, choose Add a lead source and pick the chat.
2. 2Write a short description of your company and add the questions visitors ask, with the answers you want given.
3. 3Copy the one line of code shown onto your website, the same way as the form snippet.

• Visitors who leave their details become leads and get the same first response as a form.
• When someone wants to talk, the chat offers times from your booking link and books the meeting.
• The chat never promises prices, discounts, or dates you have not approved, and says it is an automated assistant if asked.
