Fix common problems

“This invitation is not available”

It expired (invitations last 7 days), was already used or cancelled, or you signed in with a different email than it was sent to. Sign in with the invited address, or ask for a new invitation.

An email did not send

Open the message in Conversations or the campaign’s Activity tab; the reason is written on it. The usual causes are a sender address on a domain that is not verified, a mailbox connection that needs reconnecting, or the month’s email allowance being used. See Send email from your own address.

A connection says it needs attention

Its sign-in expired or was revoked. Choose Reconnect on it under Settings → Integrations (or on Lead intake for lead sources). Nothing is lost while it is disconnected.

First response skipped the text

Texts need a phone number connected under Settings → Voice. Until then the text step is skipped and the email goes out instead.

A booking link offers the wrong times

Check the host’s working hours and days off under Settings → Booking, and that the right calendars inside each connection are chosen under Calendars.

The assistant cannot find something in the CRM

Check the CRM is connected and not asking to be reconnected. For deals in HubSpot or HighLevel, connect it again once so the connection includes deals. See Look things up in your CRM.

The assistant says it is not switched on, or cannot answer

“Not switched on” means the assistant is not available for this workspace yet. If it says this month’s allowance has been used, answers come back at the start of next month; Owners and Admins can see usage under Settings → Usage. If it says answers are paused for today, they come back the next day, and everything else in Neugent keeps working.
