Send email from your own address

Emails from campaigns and replies from Conversations go out as a sender. There are two ways to set one up:

• Connect your mailbox (recommended). Under Settings → Integrations, connect Gmail or Outlook with a sign-in, or Other email for iCloud, Yahoo, Zoho Mail, Fastmail, GoDaddy, and company mail servers. Emails go out from your mailbox and replies come back into Conversations.
• Add a sender under Settings → Senders: a name and an address on a domain verified with Neugent’s email provider. Mark one as the default and add a signature.

Until you have a sender, first responses still go out under your company’s name from Neugent’s address, with replies going to the lead’s owner. Campaigns always need a sender of your own.
