Ask Neugent Chat

What you can ask, what it can do for you, and where to find it.

Assistant opens on today: the meetings you are hosting, the follow-ups that are overdue, and how many people are waiting on a reply. Ask from there, or from any page with the Ask Neugent Chat button in the corner or ⌘J / Ctrl+J.

What to ask

  • “Who is waiting on a reply from us?”
  • “Prepare me for my meeting with Northwind Dental.”
  • “Which deals in HubSpot close this month?”
  • “How did last week go?”
  • “Make a folder called Expo leads and put everyone from Brightharbor in it.”
  • “Move Priya to Quotation sent and email her the pricing.”
  • “Have the voice agent call new leads after 2 minutes instead of 5.”
  • “How do imports work?”

Neugent looks things up before it answers — leads, companies, the calendar, campaigns, the inbox, your notes and call summaries, and your connected CRM — and answers with the same lists and cards the rest of Neugent uses. A line above each result says what it did, so you can always see where an answer came from. Names and pages in an answer are links: they open the lead, the conversation, the deal in your CRM, or the settings page it mentions. Ask how anything in Neugent works and it answers from these guides.

What it can do for you

  • Add a lead, correct their details, move them along the pipeline, set the deal size, hand them to a teammate, add a note or a follow-up, or delete them.
  • Create a campaign (a folder for leads, with or without a sequence), file leads under it, and launch or pause it.
  • Send an email or a text to a lead, or draft an email for you to send. “Draft” keeps it for you to review; “send” sends it.
  • Have the voice agent call a lead, and log a call you had yourself.
  • Offer times from your booking link and book one.
  • Change the first-response rule (how many minutes until a new lead is contacted, and by what), the voice agent’s greeting and attempts, and the workspace timezone.

It can only do what your role allows, and anything your approval policy covers waits for a person. Everything it changes is written to the activity log with Neugent named as the actor. Your conversations are private to you. It does not touch your own profile, billing, the plan, or who is a member; those stay in Settings.

Conversations started from any page are kept under Assistant; Open in Assistant continues one full size.
