Find your way around

• Sidebar. The organization switcher sits at the top, then Home, Leads, Lead intake, Companies, Campaigns, Conversations, Calls, Meetings, Approvals, Analytics, and on the Assistant plan, Assistant. Settings is at the bottom.
• Search and commands. Press ⌘K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows to jump to any page, run an action, or switch organizations.
• Go-to shortcuts. Press G then a letter: G L Leads, G C Companies, G M Campaigns, G I Conversations, G P Calls, G B Meetings, G A Assistant.
• Ask Neugent Chat. On the Assistant plan, the Ask Neugent Chat button in the corner, or ⌘J / Ctrl+J, opens the assistant over whatever page you are on.
• Your account. Your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar holds your profile and Sign out.
• Phone and tablet. The sidebar folds behind the menu button, and tables adapt to the width.

Forgot your password?

Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page. The emailed link works once, for an hour. Choosing a new password signs you out everywhere else.
