Usage, limits, and billing

What your plan includes each month, what happens at a limit, and paying.

Settings → Usage shows what your organization has used this month against its plan: emails sent, calls placed, and assistant use, plus leads stored and team members.

  • Limits are a safety rail, so a campaign aimed at the wrong list or a stuck integration cannot spend a month’s budget in an afternoon. Normal use does not come close.
  • Reaching one stops only that kind of work: a used-up email allowance does not stop calls, and nothing is ever deleted.
  • Owners and Admins get an email when the assistant has used 80% of the month, and again at 100%.
  • Monthly allowances come back at the start of the next month. Leads and team members are totals.

Billing

Owners and Admins choose a plan and pay under Settings → Billing. Neugent Lead is $400 a month and Neugent Assistant is $800 a month.

  • Free trial. Your first plan starts with 7 days free. Each person gets one trial, so a second workspace starts paid, and the trial needs a verified email address: if yours is not verified yet, the billing page offers to send the link. Stripe asks for a card at the start, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
  • Manage payment and invoices opens Stripe, where you change cards, update the billing address, download invoices, switch between Lead and Assistant, or cancel. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
  • Switching plans is charged or credited for the rest of the month automatically.
  • If a subscription ends or a payment keeps failing, the account is paused: everything stays and you can still sign in and export, but nothing is sent, called, or booked until a plan is chosen again. Paying resumes it straight away.
