Neugent Lead or Neugent Assistant
What each plan includes, their limits, and how to change plans.
Neugent Lead gets every lead answered and booked: lead intake, first response by call, text, and email, booking pages, campaigns, the shared inbox, calls, CRM sync, and analytics.
Neugent Assistant includes everything in Lead and adds the assistant: ask about leads, meetings, deals in your CRM, and where things are; get meeting briefs and drafted follow-ups; and have it update leads, book meetings, or pause campaigns within your permissions.

Your plan is shown under Settings → General. Owners and Admins choose a plan under Settings → Billing, and your first plan starts with a 7-day free trial (one per person); if your billing is arranged directly with Neugent, the page says so. Changing plans keeps every lead, conversation, and setting exactly where it is.
