Booking links and calendars
Connect your calendar, set working hours, and put a booking page on your website.
Connect your calendar
Calendars are personal, so each host connects their own at the top of Settings → Booking: Google or Outlook with a sign-in, iCloud with an app-specific password, Fastmail, Nextcloud, Zoho, or Yahoo through Other calendar → CalDAV, or any calendar shared as a private link (read-only). Connect more than one if you keep work and personal calendars apart; all of them count as busy.
Create a booking link
- 1On Settings → Booking, create a booking link.
- 2Set its length, where the meeting happens, who hosts it, and how far ahead people may book.
- 3Copy the link into a campaign, your email signature, or your website.
Working hours and days off
Working hours open as a grid of the week: press and drag to paint the half-hours you can meet, and drag over painted hours to clear them. Switch to List to type times such as “9:30” or “2pm”, add a second stretch for a lunch break, or copy a day’s hours to the rest of the week. Days off blocks a date or a run of dates. Booking links and the voice agent offer these hours minus anything on your connected calendars and minus meetings already booked; with no calendar connected, the hours you paint are all they go by.
Put it on your website
- 1Next to a booking link, choose Add to website.
- 2Copy the code and paste it into an HTML or Embed block in WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or Webflow. Or copy the button link for a “Book a call” button.
With several hosts, meetings are shared evenly between whoever is free, always go to the lead’s owner, or always to the first host. The time is checked again the moment someone books, so two people can never take the same slot.
