Meetings
A calendar of what is booked, next to your own calendar; book by hand, cancel, and mark no-shows.
Meetings is a calendar: a week of hours by default, or a day or a month, in your organization’s timezone. Meetings booked in Neugent are the red entries. Once you connect your own calendar under Settings → Booking, everything on it appears in grey beside them, so you can see the whole day in one place. Open an entry to see who booked, what they wrote, and the joining link, and to cancel it or mark it as a no-show. Book a meeting adds one by hand, with the next free times offered. List shows the same meetings as a list, upcoming or past.
- Invitees get a confirmation with a calendar invitation and a link to move or cancel the meeting themselves, and a reminder the day before.
- Booking moves the lead to Booked and ends their campaigns and first response. Someone Neugent has never seen becomes a new lead.
