Campaigns: folders for your leads

File leads into campaigns, see what each holds and is worth, and run sequences.

Campaigns are folders. Each tile shows how many leads are in it, what those deals add up to, how many replied and booked, and whether it runs a sequence. All leads and Not in a campaign are always there, so nothing is lost between folders. Open a campaign and the Leads tab lists everyone in it with their stage, deal size, owner, and where they are in the sequence; the strip above it counts them by stage.

Filing leads

  • When you add a lead, choose its Campaign in the form. Inside a campaign, New lead does the same with that campaign already chosen.
  • From the Leads list, tick leads and choose Add to campaign, or narrow the list with the Campaign filter to see one folder (or leads in none).
  • A draft campaign only keeps the lead in its folder. A running campaign also starts sending to them in the next sending window.

Running a sequence

A campaign can also reach out on its own: an email on day 0, a follow-up in the same thread a few days later, then a call for the owner. Managers and above create and launch them; everyone can read them.

  1. 1Sequence. Add steps: an email, a text, a call, or a task, each with a wait in days after the previous one. Emails can continue the previous thread. Merge fields such as {{firstName|there}} and {{company}} fill in per lead, and Preview shows the message for a real lead.
  2. 2Audience. Use the same filters as the Leads list. The count updates as you change them, and unsubscribed leads are never included.
  3. 3Settings. Choose the sender, sending hours and timezone, a daily limit, and what stops the sequence early: a reply, a booked meeting, or being marked unqualified.
  4. 4Launch. Everyone matching is enrolled and the first step goes out in the next sending window.
  • Pause holds everything, Resume continues, and End campaign stops everyone still in it.
  • Activity shows every send and its delivery status.
  • A call step places a real call when a voice agent is set up, and otherwise creates a task on the lead. Text steps need a connected phone number.

Launching to more people than your approval policy’s bulk limit sends the launch to Approvals instead of starting it.
